Your Questions About Data Privacy at 0ho

Below you will find answers to the questions we receive most often about personal data, account privacy, cookies and your rights as someone who holds an account at 0ho.club in India. If your question is not covered here, reach out via [email protected].

We collect your name, email address, phone number and date of birth at registration. During identity verification we may also collect a copy of a government-issued ID. Payment data — UPI handles, Paytm or PhonePe transaction references — is recorded each time a deposit or withdrawal is processed.

We share data only with identity verification partners, payment processors such as UPI gateway providers, and regulatory bodies when legally required. We never sell your data to advertisers or unrelated third parties. Every partner is contractually bound to handle your data under equivalent protection standards.

Account and transaction records are retained for six years after account closure to meet financial and legal obligations under applicable Indian law. Anonymous, non-identifiable analytics data is purged after 26 months. You will receive written confirmation of which records are retained and why, upon request.

Yes. Submit a data access request through the Settings section of your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected] with your registered email address. We will compile and deliver your data export within 30 days of verifying your identity, in a commonly used, machine-readable format.

Use the in-account Data & Privacy form or email [email protected]. Corrections to name, contact details or address are processed within five working days once identity is confirmed. Deletion requests are assessed against legal retention requirements, and we will tell you clearly which records can be removed and when.

We set three categories: strictly necessary cookies that keep your session alive, analytical cookies that measure lobby usage in aggregate, and preference cookies that save settings like your chosen payment method. You can disable analytical and preference cookies via your browser settings; strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off without affecting account function.

Payment transaction references linked to UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are stored in encrypted form and are accessible only to authorised personnel for dispute resolution and regulatory compliance. We do not store full UPI Virtual Payment Addresses beyond what is needed to reconcile a transaction, and raw card or wallet credentials are never held on our servers.
